Ingredientia

  • 3 ova
  • 1/4 calicem casei aluminis
  • 1/4 calicem concisi cepam
  • 1 /4 calicem concisis piperis campanae
  • Sal et piper gustare
  • 1 tablespoon butyrum

Instructiones

1. In patera ova verberant. Excita in caseum, cepam, campanam piper, sal, piper.

2. In parva caldario, calor butyrum supra medium calorem. Ovum mixtum infunde.

3. Ut ova ponant, margines tollunt, subtus fluunt cruda pars. Ova cum completa fuerint, omelet dimidium complica.

4. Omelum in laminam delabi et calidum serve.
