Ingredientia:

  • Oleum Coctum 1/3 Calicem
  • Mutton boti 1 kg misce (cum 10% adeps
  • Adrak (Gingiberi) contritus 1 tbs
  • Lehsan (Gallic) contritus 1 tbs
  • Himalayan sal roseum 1 tsp vel gustare
  • aqua 2-3 pocula
  • Sabut dhania (Coriandri semina) contrita 1 tbs
  • Kali mirch pulveris (Piperis nigri pulveris) 1 & ½ tsp
  • Hari mirch (Green chilli) contriti 1 tbs
  • < li>Dahi (Yogurt) restitutum 4 tbs
  • Lemon sucum ½ tbs

Directiones:

  1. In craticula ferrea fundens, adde oleum coquere & calefac.
  2. Musculum adde, misce bene & coque in flammam altam per 4-5 minutas.
  3. Adde gingiberum, allium, sal roseum, misce bene & coque pro 3 -4 minuta.
  4. Aquam adde, misce bene & fer bulliat, operiat & coque flammam humilia donec cibus tener fuerit (35-40 minuta).
  5. Coriandrum semina adde; pulveris piperis nigrum, chilli viridem, yogurt, bene & coque in flamma media, donec oleum separat (2-3 minuta).
  6. Adde succum citrinum, gingiber, dulcem coriandrum, viridis chilli & bene misce.
  7. Ornatis coriandro recenti, gingiberi, viridi frigore & cole cum naan!
