directiones:
-Blender jug mein palak, lehsa, adrak, hari mirchein, hara dhania aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mixtura ker lein & latus per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein maida, zeera, kalonji, sal roseum, lal mirch contrita aur ajwain dal ker ache tarhan misce karein.
-Coctionem olei dal ker ache tarhan misce ker lein.
