  • Coctionis oleum - 2-3 tbs

Pro Rice:

  • Oleum - 1-2 tbs
  • Pyaz (Onion) concisus - 1 parva
  • Lehsan (Gallic) concisus - 1 tsp
  • Chawal (Rice) - 2 Cucurbitulae (salibus decoctae
  • Zeera (Cumin semina) usta & contrita - 1 tsp
  • Kali mich pulveris (Piperis nigri pulveris) - tsp
  • Himalayan sal roseum - ¼ tsp vel gustare
  • Hara dhania (coriandri recentis) conciderunt - 1-2 tbs

Pro Veggie & Feta Sem:

  • Kheera (Cucumis) - 1 medium
  • Pyaz (Onion) - 1 medium
  • Crasus fraga dimidiatum - 1 Cup
  • Kali mich pulveris (Piperis nigri pulveris) - tsp
  • Himalayan sal roseum - ½ tsp vel gustare
  • Lemon sucus - 1 tbs
  • Hara dhania (coriandri recentis) concisus - 1 tbs
  • Feta caseus - 100g

Pro condimentum Tzatziki:

  • Dahi (Yogurt) suspensi - 200g
  • Lehsan (Gallic) - 2 caryophyllis
  • Lemon sucus - 1 tsp
  • Kali mirch (Piper nigrum) contusum - gustare
  • Himalayan sal roseum - ½ tsp vel gustare
  • Kheera (Cucumis) grated & expressi - 1 medium
  • Hara dhania (coriandri recentis) concisus - pugillus
  • oleum olivae - 1-2 tsp

Directiones

Pone Mediterraneum Pullum:

  1. In molentis, folia ocimi recentia adde, allium, paprika pulverem, piper nigrum contritum, sal roseum, farina lycopersica, crustulum sinapis, sucum citri, oleumque. Tere bene crustulum facere densissima.
  2. marinade in vittis gallinaceis perfricare, bene tunicam tegere, et per XXX minuta marinare.
  3. In craticula ferrea mittenda, oleum coquendum calefacies et infulas marinatas ab utraque parte coques donec fiat (circiter 8-10 minuta). Paucis momentis ante dividere et sepositam requiescere.

Praeparate rice:

  1. In opere, oleum decoctionis caloris, sauté cepa et allium per 2 minuta.
  2. Adde oryza cocta, semina cumini combusti, pulveris piperis nigrum, sal roseum, coriandrum recens. Misce bene et pone.

Para Veggie & Feta Sem:

  1. In phiala, cucumis, cepa, cerasus fraga, piper nigrum contritum, sal roseum, succus citri, coriandrum recens. Iactare bene.
  2. Leniter complicare in feta casei. Sepone.

Tzatziki condimentum para:

  1. In patera, SCOPULA simul yogurt, allium, CITRUM sucus, piper nigrum contritum et sal roseum.
  2. Adde cucumere grato et coriandro recenti; miscere bene. Proin cum oleo et pone.

Serviens:

In laminam servientem, tabulatum oryza parata, infulis gallinaceis mediterraneis, veggie & feta sem, ac condimentum tzatziki. Servite statim et fruere hoc catino mediterraneo sapore referto!
