Masala Paneer Roast

Ingredientia
- Paneer - 250g
- Yogurt - 2 tbsp
- Ginger-garlic Paste - 1 tsp
- Turmeric Pulvis - 1/2 tsp
- Pulvis ruber purus - 1 tsp
- Coriander Pulvis - 1 tsp
- Garam Masala - 1 tsp
- Curabitur Masala - 1/2 tsp
- Sal - gustare
- Oleum - 2 tbsp
- Fresh Cream - 2 tbsp
- Coriandri Folia - ad ornatis
Instructiones
- In phiala, misce yogurt, farinam gingi-alli, turmeric pulveris, pulveris purus rubri, coriandri pulveris, garam masali; chat masala et sal.
- Niceam cubos mixturam adde et marina per XXX minuta fiat.
- In sartagine, oleum calidum et panera marinatum adde. Coquite donec paneer brunneum vertit.
- Demum, cremorem ac folia coriandri addite. Misce bene et coque alteri 2 min.
- Coriandrum cum foliis coriandri ornatis et cole calidum.
