  • 3-4 tbsp Til (Sesamae seminibus ustis
  • 1 tbsp Sabut dhania (Coriandri semina), contrita
  • ½ tsp Pulvis coquens
  • 1 tsp origano arida
  • 1 tbsp Zeera (Cumin semina) assa & contrita
  • ½ tbsp Himalayan salis rosei vel ad gustandum
  • 1 tsp Kali mirch pulveris (Piperis nigri pulveris
  • 1 tbsp Citreae sucus
  • Oleum coquens ad sartagines

Directiones

  1. In SECURIS, adde cepam, allium, chillies virides, recentes coriandrum, ciceris, sesamae semina, coriandri semina, pulveris coquendi, origani aridae, cumini seminis, sal rosei, piperis nigri, et suci citri & bene concisas.
  2. Sume in phialam & bene conspergito 2 -3 minuta.
  3. Sume modicam quantitatem mixtionis (45g) & comprime leniter ut falafels ovalibus informibus fac.
  4. In opere, oleum coquendo calefacies & friges in medium- humilis flamma usque aurea brunnea. Haec recipe falafels circiter XX facit.
  5. Serve cum pita pane, hummo, & sem!
