  • Tutus pulveris mitis (piperis albi) tsp
  • Zeera (Cumin semina) assa & contrita ½ tsp
  • Cornflour 2-3 tbs
  • Anda (Egg) 1
  • Oleum coquere ad sartagines

In sartagine, adde oleum coctum, cepam, allium, frigus viridem & friges in flamma media usque ad auream & abjiciunt. In magna lance, adde potatoes & farraginem bene ope masher. Adde teres bubulae, rufi chilli contritae, salis rosei, pulveris piperis nigri, pulveris pulli, piperis albi, seminis cumini, farris, cepae frixae, allii & chillies, ovum & misce donec bene componantur.
