Basic & Palak Khichdi

Moong dal 1 calicem
Basmati oryzae 1 cyathos

1st Tadka:
Ghee 1 tbsp
Oleum 1 tbsp
Jeera 1 tsp
Arida rubra purus 3 pcs p>
Hing ½ tsp

Allium, concisus
Gingiber, concisus 1 tsp
Viridis purus, concisus 1 tsp
Pro dal khichdi:
Tomato, concisus calicem
pulvis purus ruber 1 tsp
Turmeric pulveris tsp
Coriandri pulveris 1 tsp
Garam masalas ternum
Coriandrum concisus 1 tbsp
pro palak khichdi:
Jeera pulveris 1 tsp
pulvis turmericalis ½ tsp
pulvis purus ruber tsp
Garam masala ternum
pulvis coriandri 1 tsp
Sal 1 tsp
Tomato, concisus calicem
2nd Tadka:
Ghee 2 tbsp
Jeera 1 tsp
Allia, concisa 1 tbsp
Hing 1 tsp
Pinis rubri purus 1 tsp
Method:
Incipit lavare et bibula lunae dal et basmati oryza per 1-2 horas. Deinde in coquente pressione cocta dal lunae, oryzae basmati, puluerem turmericanum, salem, et aquam misce. Coque eas ad 2-3 sibilos in flamma media-low.Ad tadka (temperatam), sartaginem calefacies et adde ghee, oleum, jeera (cuminum), purus rubeus siccus, et hingus (asafoetida). Sizzle, adde concisas cepas et sauté usque ad auream brunneam. Adde concisas allium, deinde concisas gingiber et viridis purus. Tadka in duas ollas divide.
Basic Khichdi:
In sartagine cum cepa sautéed et allio, tomatoes concisas adde, pulverem rubrum purus, pulverem turmericanum, pulverem coriandri, et garam masalam. Sauté mixtura.
Miscere orizam coctam et dal mixtionem cum tadka. Coque pro 1-2 minuta.
In parva sartagine adde ghee, jeera, allium concisum, hingam, et pulverem rubrum purum. Sauté usque ad fulvum aureum.
