Adde cepam, misce bene & frige usque ad lucem auream. Musculum adde & misce bene, donec colorem mutet. Adde gingiber allium, chilli viridem crustulum, bene misce & coque pro 3-4 minutis. Adde tomatoes, sal roseum, semina cuminum, grana rubra, chilli contriti, coriandri semina, pulveris chilli rubei, pulveris turmericü, pul- verem masale garam, misce bene & coque in flammam mediocrem pro 4-5 minuta. Adde aquam & misce bene, operi & coque flammam humilem, donec caro tenera (40-45 minuta). Adde yogurt, frigida viridia, misce bene & coque in flamma media, donec oleum separat (2-3 minuta). Pyaz dal ker ache tarhan misce karein aur lumen aureum ho Janay tak fry ker lein. Mutton dal dein aur rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein. Tamatar, sal roseum, zeera, lal mirch contrita, sabut dhnaia, mirch pulvis, haldi pulveris aur garam masala pulveris dal ker ache tarhan misce karein aur darmiyani ancch per 4-5 minuta kliya paka lein. Pani dal ker ache tarhan misce karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per gosht gul janay tak paka lein (40-45 minuta). Dahi aur hari mirchein dal ker ache tarhan misce karein aur darmiyani ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minuta). Hari mirchein, hara dhania aur adrak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. Hara dhania aur adrak sa ornatis ker ka naan ka saath servite karein!
