Afghani White Kofta Gravy

Ingredientia:
- Cubulum gallinaceum exos 500g

- Hara dhania (coriandri recentis) concisus 2 tbs
- Adrak lehsan crustulum (Gingiberi allium crustulum) 1 tsp
- Zeera pulveris (Cumini pulveris ) 1 tsp
- Himalayan sal roseum ½ tsp vel gustare
- Kali mich pulveris (Piperis nigri) ½ tsp
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) 1 contrita tsp
- Geram masala pulvis ½ tsp
- Ghee (butyrum declaratur) 1 & ½ tbs
- Panis segmentum 1
- Oleum Coquens 5- 6 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) fere divisa 3-4 parva
- Hari elaichi (amomum viridis) 3-4
- Hari mirch (Green chillies) 4- 5
- Badam (Amygdalae) macerata & extracta 8-9
- Char maghaz (Melon semina) 2 tbs
- aqua 3-4 tbs < li>Kali pulveris (Piperis nigri) tsp
- Zeera pulveris (Cumini pulveris) ½ tsp
- Javitri pulveris (mace pulveris) ¼ tsp
- Dhaniae pulveris (Coriandri pulveris) ½ tsp
- Garam masala pulveris tsp
- Himalayan sal rosei tsp vel gustandi
- Adrak lehsan crustulum (Gingiberi allii farina) tsp
- Dahi (Yogurt) restitutum ½ Cup
- Aqua ½ Cup
- Cris Cup
- Kasuri methi (folia faeni graeci arida) 1 tsp
- Hara dhania (coriandrum recens) concisum
Directiones:
- Pone Pullum Koftay: In chopper, adde pullum, cepam, frigidum viridis, coriandrum recens, gingiberi allii farinam, cuminum pulveris, salis rosei, piperis nigri, pulveris rubri, chilli contriti, garam masalii pulveris, butyri clarificati, panis segmenti & cædis donec bene componantur. Uncto oleo manus, modicam quantitatem mixtionis (50g) accipe & aequalem fac koftay. In opere, oleum coquere, pullum koftay parari & fricare in flammam humilem undique usque ad lucem auream & abjiciendam (facit 12).
- Para Kofta Gravy: In eodem opere, adde cepam, viridem. amomum & frige in flamma media pro 2-3 minuta. Accipe cepam & transfer ad hydriam mixturam, adde frigora viridia, nuces amygdalas, semina cucumis, aquam & bene misce. In eodem opere, adde farinam mixtam & bene misce. Adde piper nigrum, pulverem cuminum, puluerem mace, puluerem coriandrum, puluerem garam masale, sal roseum, gingiber allium crustulum, yogurt & bene misce, flammam humilem 4-5 minutas operies & coque. Adde aquam, misce bene & coque in flamma media pro 1-2 minuta. Verte flammam, adde cremorem, folia faeni graeci arida & bene misce. Verte flammam, adde paratam frixam koftay & commisce suaviter. Coriandrum recens adde, operculum & humilia flamma 4-5 minutas coque. Servite cum naan vel chapati!
