-Karry patta (folia Curry) 15-20
-Dahi (Yogurt) restitutum Cup
-Sabut dhania (semina Coriandri) contrita ½ tbs
-Himalayan sal roseum ½ tsp vel gustare
-Zeera (Cumin semina) assa & contrita 1 tsp
-Lal mich pulveris (Colli pulveris) 1 tsp vel gustus
-Saunf (feniculi semina) contusa 1 tsp
-Haldi pulveris (pulveris turmericanae) ½ tsp
-Kalonji (Nigella semina) tsp
-Lemon sucus 3-4 tbs
directiones:
- Cetera viridis frigora in medium a centro & inter sepone.
- In sartagine, oleum coquere adde, folia quaere & frige pro 10 secundis.
- Viridis chillies, minutam bene misce & coque.
- Adde yogurt, coriandrum semina, sal roseum, cuminum, pulverem rubeum, grana feniculi, pulverem turmericanum, semina nigella, misce bene & coque in medium flammam 1-2 minutarum, operculum & coque ima flammam 10- 12 minuta.
- Adde sucum CITRUM, misce bene & coque 2-3 minuta.
- Serve paratha!
