Bahan:

-Baisan (tepung Gram) diayak 2 Cangkir
-Zeera (biji jinten) dipanggang & dihancurkan 1 sdt
-Baking soda ½ sdt
-Himalaya pink garam ¼ sdt utawa secukupe
-Minyak goreng 1 sdm
-Banyu 1 Cangkir
-Minyak goreng kanggo nggoreng
-Banyu sacukupe
-Hari mirch (Ijo lombok) 5-6
-Lehsan (Bawang Putih) siung 9-10
-Adrak (Jahe) 1 inci
-Zeera (Jinten) disangrai & ditumbuk 1 sdt
-Himalaya pink garam 1 jiwit
-Hara dhania (Ketumbar seger) ½ Cangkir
-Podina (Daun Mint) 1 Cangkir
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 kg
-Garam jambon Himalaya 1 sendhok teh utawa secukup rasa
- Chaat masala 1 sdt
-Minyak goreng 3-4 sdm
-Zeera (biji jinten) 1 sdt
-Rai dana (biji sawi) ireng ½ sdt
-Sabut lal mirch (Cabe merah kancing) 5-6
-Kari patta (Daun kari) 10-12
-Lal mirch (Cabe abang) ditumbuk
-Chaat masala
-Papri

Tuntunan:

Mangkok mein baisan,zeera,baking soda,garam merah jambu,minyak masak aur thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur 4-5 menit kliya ache tarhan whisk ker lein aur dhak ker 10 menit kliya chor dein.
Mortal & pestle mein hari mirchein,lehsan,adrak,zeera,pink salt,hara dhania aur podina dal ker ache tarhan crush ker ka paste bana lein.
Chotay frying pan mein cooking oil,zeera,rai dana,sabut lal mirch aur kari pata dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Majelis: Sajikan sajian mein direndhem baray,tayyar podina dahi,tadka,lal mirch ditumbuk,chaat masala aur papri dal ker layan karein!
