Jus Palak Campuran kanggo Adonan Puru

Bahan:
-Palak (Bayam) disigar 250g
-Lehsan (Bawang Putih) siung 5-6
-Adrak (Jahe) 1 inch
-Hari mirch (Lombok ijo) 5-6
-Hara dhania (Ketumbar seger) sakepel
-Banyu ½ tuwung
-Maida (Glepung serbaguna) diayak 2 & ½ gelas
-Zeera (biji jinten) 1 sdt
-Kalonji (biji Nigella) ½ sdt
- Garam jambon Himalaya ½ sdt utawa kanggo rasa
-Lal mirch (Cabe abang) ditumbuk 1 sendhok teh
-Ajwain (biji karambol) ½ sdt
-Minyak goreng 1 sdm
-Minyak goreng 1 sdt
-Minyak goreng kanggo nggoreng
Arah:
-Blender jug mein palak,lehsa,adrak,hari mirchein,hara dhania aur pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Mangkok mein maida,zeera,kalonji,garam pink,lal mirch ditumbuk aur ajwain dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Lenga masak dal ker ache tarhan campur ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka campuran ijo campuran shamil karein aur ghond ker adonan tayyar ker lein aur dhak ker 15 menit kliya chor dein.
-Maida chirak dein aur adonan ko stretch ker ka smooth dough tayyar ker lein.
-Tangane dilumuri karo adonan chota (50g) lein aur ball bana lein.
-Minyak goreng ora bisa dipangan.
-Karahi mein minyak goreng garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein (makes 10-12).
