- 3/4 tas oswa 100g milti-grenn (tounesòl, len, wowoli, ak joumou)
- 3 gwo kiyè siwo myèl
- 1 ti kiyè sèl
- 2 gwo kiyè legim oswa lwil oliv
Fri lè a 380F oswa 190C pou 25 minit. Tanpri abòne, like, kòmante, epi pataje. Jwi. 🌹
