1/2 tsp Bakar Gishiri

1/2 tsp Ginger Powder (bushe)

1/2 tsp Kashmiri Jan Chilli Powder

Hanyar: mu fara da jika Tamarind a cikin kwano da ruwa (zafi) na tsawon mintuna 15 zuwa 20. Bayan minti 20 sai a zuba Tamarind a cikin blender don yin manna. Bayan haka, sai a tace ruwan Tamarind (kamar yadda aka nuna a bidiyon) sannan a zuba Ruwan da ke amfani da jika Tamarind. Yanzu ƙara Tamarind Pulp a cikin kwanon rufi na tsawon minti 2 zuwa 3 sannan a zuba Jaggery, Coriander & Cumin Seeds Powder, Black Salt, Ginger Powder (bushe), Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Gishiri. Bayan haka, tafasa Chutney na tsawon minti 3 zuwa 4 bayan haka ƙara Sesame Seeds. Na gaba kashe Flame kuma Sweet & Sour Tamarind Chutney yana shirye don hidima.
