Shahi Gajrela Recipe

Abubuwa:
- Gajar (karas) 300 gm
- Kofin basmati ¼ Chawal (Shinkafa) (ana jika na tsawon awanni 2)
- Doodh (Madara) 1 & ½ lita
- Sugar ½ Kofin ko dandana
- Elaichi ke daane (Cardamom foda) crushed ¼ tsp
- Badam (Almonds) yankakken 2 tbs
- Pista (Pistachios) yanka 2 tbs
- Pista (Pistachios) kamar yadda ake buƙata don ado
- Gada (Akhrot) yankakken 2 tsp
- Kwarar kwakwa don ado
Hanyoyin:
- A cikin kwano, a kwaba karas da taimakon grater a ajiye a gefe.
- An murƙushe shinkafa da hannu a ajiye a gefe.
- A cikin tukunya, a zuba madara a tafasa.
- Azuba karas da aka daka, shinkafar kasa sannan a hade sosai, sai a kawo ta tafasa a dahu a kan matsakaiciyar wuta na tsawon mintuna 5-6, sai a rufe partially sannan a dahu a dan wuta na tsawon mintuna 40 zuwa 1 hr sai a rika motsawa a tsakani. >
- Azuba sugar,kayan cardamom,almonds,pistachios,sai a gauraya sosai a dafa akan matsakaiciyar wuta har sai madarar ta ragu ta yi kauri (minti 5-6).
- Ayi ado da pistachios da desicated kwakwa a ba da zafi ko sanyi!
