Abubuwan da ake hadawa:
-Fillet kaza mara kasusuwa 500g
-Zafi miya 2 tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) 2 tsp
-Paprika powder 2 tsp
-Himalayan ruwan hoda gishiri 1 tsp ko zuwa dandana
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tbs
-Busasshen oregano 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp ko a dandana
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes kamar yadda ake bukata
-Pyaz (Albasa) cubes kamar yadda ake bukata
-Biredi Yanke toasted 2
-Maida (All- Purpose flour) kamar yadda ake bukata
- Anday (Eggs) whisked 2
-Manyan dafa abinci don soyawa

Hanyoyi:
-Ayanka fillet kaza cikin cubes 1-inch. ,paprika powder,pink gishiri,black pepper powder,tafarnuwa,busashen oregano,red chilli powder a hade da kyau,a rufe da cin abinci da marinate for 2 hours. .
-A cikin chopper sai azuba gasassun biredi sannan a daka sosai a cikin breadcrumbs sai a juye a kwano. skewers a cikin fulawa gabaɗaya sai a tsoma a cikin ƙwai da aka yayyafa da su sannan a kwaba tare da crumbs (make 14-15).
-A cikin wok sai azuba man girki da skewers ɗin kajin a ɗan wuta har sai da zinariya & crispy.
