Abubuwa:

1. 1 kofin ragi gari

2. 1/2 kofin garin shinkafa

3. 1/4 kofin urad dal

4. 1 teaspoon gishiri

5. Ruwa

Umarori:

1. A jiƙa da ura don 4 hours.

2. Nika dal ɗin cikin daidaitaccen batir.

3. A cikin wani kwano daban, sai a hada garin ragi da garin shinkafa.

4. Mix a cikin batir urad.

5. Ƙara gishiri da ruwa kamar yadda ake buƙata don samun daidaiton batir na dosa.

Dafa abinci:

1. Haɗa tukunyar a kan matsakaicin zafi.

2. Zuba batter a kan kwanon rufi kuma a shimfiɗa shi a siffar madauwari.

3. Zuba mai a kai sannan a dafa har sai ya dahu.

Chutney gyada:

1. Zafa man cokali 1 a cikin kasko.

2. Sai azuba gyada cokali 2, chana dal cokali daya, busasshen jajayen cibi 2, tamarind kadan, cokali 2, sannan a datse har sai yayi zinari.

3. A nika wannan cakuda da ruwa, gishiri, da karamin guntun jajjage don yin chutney mai santsi.
