Ingredients:

-Baisan (Gram flour) a siffata Kofuna 2
-Zeera (Cumin tsaba) gasasshe & dakakke 1 tsp
-Baking soda ½ tsp
-Himalayan ruwan hoda gishiri ¼ tsp ko a dandana
-Fun dafa abinci 1 tbs
-Ruwa 1 kofin chillies) 5-6
-Lehsan (Tafarnuwa) cloves 9-10
-Adrak (Ginger) 1 inch yanki
-Zeera (Cumin tsaba) gasashe & darkake 1 tsp
-Himalayan ruwan hoda gishiri 1 tsunkule
- Hara dhania (Sabon coriander) ½ kofin
-Podina (Ganyen Mint) 1 kofin
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 kg
-Himalayan ruwan hoda gishiri 1 tsp ko dandana
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
-Cooking oil 3-4 tbsp 5-6
-Curry patta (Ganyen Curry) 10-12
-Lal mirch (Jan chilli) an niƙasa
-Chaat masala
-Papri

Hanyoyi: chor dein.
Mortal & pestle mein hari mirchein,lehsan,adrak,zeera,pink salt,hara dhania aur podina dal ker ache tarhan crush ker ka paste bana lein.
Chotay frying pan mein cook oil,zeera,rai dana,sabut lal mirch aur curry pata dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Assembling: Serving dish mein soaked baray,tayyar podina dahi,tadka,lal mirch crushed,chaat masala aur papri dal ker serve karein!
