Don Crushed Manna

  • 1 inch Ginger, kusan a yanka

    Tsarin

    Don Crushed Paste:

    A cikin turmi, a zuba ginger, tafarnuwa, koren chili, gishiri don dandana a yi shi da laushi.

    > Domin Nakuwa:

    A cikin guda daya, sai a zuba gyada sau daya ya yi zafi, sai a zuba ’ya’yan cumin, cloves, koren cardamom sai a bar shi ya yayyafa da kyau. Sai ki zuba tafarnuwar ginger da aka shirya sannan a soya sosai. Kamshi ya tafi.

    A zuba curd, tumatir a soya sosai. Ƙara ruwa kadan kuma a dafa na tsawon minti daya.

    A haxa ruwan da aka yi da ruwan hannu zuwa miya mai santsi. Ƙara ruwa kadan kuma a dafa naman naman alade na tsawon minti 5 akan matsakaiciyar wuta. Add paneer a dafa na ƴan mintuna.

    Ana ado da ginger, koriander sprig, curd da kuma hidima da zafi.
