  • Himalayan ruwan hoda gishiri 1 tsp ko dandana
  • Kali mirch (Bakar Barkono) dakakke 1 tsp
  • Feded mirch foda (Farin barkono foda) ½ tsp
  • Tafarnuwa miya 2 tbs
  • Soyayya miya 1 tbs
  • Zafi miya 1 tbs
  • Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
  • Hara pyaz (albasar bazara) yankakken ganye

Hanyar: Yanke ragowar rotis a cikin siraran dogayen tsiri sannan a ajiye a gefe. A cikin wok, ƙara man dafa abinci, tafarnuwa da sauté na minti daya. Ƙara karas, capsicum, albasa, kabeji da kuma tafasa na minti daya. Ki zuba ruwan hoda gishiri,dakakken barkonon baƙar fata,farin barkono,kayan tafarnuwa miya,soya sauce,zafi miya, vinegar,haɗa sosai sannan a dafa a wuta mai zafi na minti daya.
