Wannan Nan take Atta Uttapam wani zaɓi ne mai daɗi na Kudancin Indiya wanda aka yi da garin alkama. Fara ta hanyar haɗa dukan garin alkama, gishiri, curd, baking soda, da ruwa a cikin kwano don ƙirƙirar batir mai santsi. Bari batter ya huta na ƴan mintuna.
Yayin da batter ya huta, sai a shirya tadka. Zafi mai a cikin kwanon rufi kuma ƙara asafoetida, tsaba mustard, cumin, curry ganye, yankakken ginger, da koren chili. Sai ki soya har sai ya yi kamshi sai ’ya’yan mastad su fara fashe. Zafi kaskon da ba sanda ba sai a yi goga da man mai. Zuba leda na batter akan kwanon rufi kuma yada shi a hankali don samar da pancake mai kauri. Sai a kai da yankakken albasa da tumatur da ganyen coriander. Maimaita tare da sauran batter. Ku bauta wa zafi tare da chutney don karin kumallo mai daɗi!
