Hanyoyi:
Shirya Mango Puree:
- A cikin jug, ƙara mangwaro a gauraya da kyau don yin puree.
- A cikin kasko, sai a zuba mango puree,sukari, ruwan lemon tsami, a gauraya sosai a dahu a kan wuta kadan har sai sugar ya narke (minti 3-4).
- Bari yayi sanyi.
Taro:
- Biredi na biredi na layi na rectangular tare da foil aluminum.
- Ƙara Layer ice cream na mango a watsa shi daidai.
- Ƙara ɓangarorin mango kuma latsa a hankali.
- Saka kek ɗin fam ɗin da kuma shimfiɗa mango puree a kai.
