Kwaf 1 na garin oat ko garin oat (100g)
1.5 tsp sitaci masara ko sitaci tapioca
1 tsp baking powder

107 adadin kuzari, mai 2.3g, carb 19.9g, furotin 2.4g

A cikin kwano, sai ki zuba man gyada mai zafin daki, da zakinki da tuffa, ki doke shi da mixer na tsawon minti daya.
A zuba rabin hatsi, masara da baking powder, sai a gauraya a hankali, har sai kullu ya fara fitowa.
