Ga marinade. br>• A cikin kwano mai hadawa sai a zuba kazar sannan a tankade da dukkan kayan da ake hadawa
• Sai a bar kazar tabar cikin dare ko na tsawon awanni 3. tsawon minti 20.
• Sai azuba ruwa a tukunya a zuba gyada da gishiri.
• Sai a zuba a cikin kwano da kirfa da koren cardamom. Ki zuba shinkafa ki barshi ya tafasa. Nan da nan sai ki sauke wutan ki dafa akan wuta kadan 80%
Na Biriyani
• A cikin kaskon kasa mai nauyi sai a zuba ghee da kazar da aka daka. Cook kamar minti 7-8.
• A cikin wani kwanon rufi, sai a shimfiɗa biryani. Ki zuba shinkafa da kaza sannan ki kwaba shi da shinkafa. Sai azuba garin kajin a saman.
• A cikin kaskon kajin sai a zuba ruwa, madara, ruwan saffron, gyada, ganyen mint, barista, gishiri da ganyen coriander. Sai ki zuba wannan jhol a cikin biryani.
• Ki zuba ruwan saffron da ruwan fure da digon ruwan kewra kadan. Yanzu ki ajiye shi a dum na tsawon mintuna 15 zuwa 20 akan wuta kadan.
• Ku bauta masa da zafi tare da zabin raita.
