Katori Chaat

Haɓaka ɗanɗano mai daɗi na Katori Chaat, abincin titi na Indiya mara jurewa wanda ke haɗa katori mai kauri (kwano) tare da kayan abinci masu daɗi. Cikakke azaman abun ciye-ciye ko abin sha, wannan tasa tabbas zai burge baƙi.

Abubuwa:

  • Ga Katori:
  • 1 kofin fulawa gabaɗaya
  • 1/2 teaspoon tsaba carom (ajwain)
  • Gishiri a ɗanɗana
  • Ruwa kamar yadda ake bukata
  • Man don soyawa
  • Don Cikowa:
  • 1 kofin dafaffen kajin (chana)
  • 1/2 kofin yankakken yankakken albasa
  • 1/2 kofin yankakken tumatir
  • 1/2 kofin yogurt
  • 1/4 kofin tamarind chutney
  • Chaat masala don dandana
  • Sabon ganyen koriander don yin ado
  • Sev don topping

Umarni:

  1. A cikin kwano mai gaurayawa, sai a hada fulawa duka, da tsaba na carom, da gishiri. A hankali ƙara ruwa don murƙushe cikin kullu mai santsi. Bari ya huta na tsawon minti 15.
  2. A raba kullu zuwa kananun ƙwalla a mirgine kowace ƙwallon cikin sirara.
  3. Zafi mai a kasko mai zurfi. Sanya kullu a hankali a cikin mai sannan a soya har sai zinariya da kullu, a gyara su zuwa katori ta amfani da cokali mai ratsi.
