Ganyen Chickpea Curry

- Man zaitun cokali 2 ko man ganyaye
- 1 Albasa
- Tafarnuwa, 4 cloves
- 1 cokali daya Grated ginger
- Gishiri don dandana
- 1/2 teaspoon baƙar fata
- teaspoon 1 Cumin
- 1 teaspoon foda curry
- Garam masala cokali 2
- 4 kanana Tumatir, yankakken
- iya 1 (300g-mai-shafewa) Chickpeas,
- Can (400ml) madarar kwakwa
- 1/4 bunch Fresh coriander
- Lemon cokali 2 cokali 2
- Shinkafa ko nanan don yin hidima
1. A cikin babban kwanon rufi zafi 2 tablespoons na man zaitun. Add yankakken albasa da kuma dafa tsawon minti 5. A zuba tafarnuwa nikakken, dakakken ginger sannan a dafa na tsawon mintuna 2-3.
2. Add cumin, turmeric, garam masala, gishiri da barkono. Cook na minti 1.
3. Ƙara yankakken tumatir a dafa, yana motsawa lokaci-lokaci, har sai ya yi laushi. Kusan mintuna 5-10.
4. Add kaji da madarar kwakwa. Ku kawo cakuda zuwa tafasa, sannan ku rage zafi zuwa matsakaici-ƙasa. Simmer na minti 5-10. Har sai da dan kauri. Duba kayan yaji kuma ƙara gishiri idan an buƙata.
5. Ki kashe wuta ki kwaba yankakken coriander da ruwan lemun tsami.
6. Ku bauta wa da shinkafa ko naman burodi.
