Ingredients:

● Maida (gyaran gari) 2 kofuna
● Ajwain (tsawon carom) ½ tsp
● Gishiri ½ tsp
● Ghee 4 tbsp
● Ruwa kamar yadda ake buƙata

Hanyar:

1. A cikin kwano mai gauraya sai a zuba fulawa mai kyau, semolina, ajwain, gishiri da gyada, sai a gauraya da kyau sannan a zuba gawa a cikin garin.
2. Ƙara ruwa a hankali kuma a hankali don ƙwanƙwasa ɗan kullu mai tauri. Knead da kullu na akalla minti 2-3.
