Cool da Shawarar Cucumber Chaat

Abubuwa: < 1 matsakaiciyar kokwamba , bawo kuma a yanka kaɗan 1/4 kofin yankakken jan albasa ganyen coriander (cilantro)
  • 1 cokali 1 da yankakken sabon ganyen mint (na zaɓi)
  • 1 cokali 1 lemon tsami (ko dandana)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baƙar gishiri. (kala namak)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ja barkono foda (daidaita zuwa ga abin da ake so)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin foda
  • Tsarki na chaat masala ( na zaɓi)
  • 1 cokali 1 yankakken gasasshen gyada (na zaɓi)
  • Cilantro sprig (don ado) < h3 > Umarni:
    1. Shirya Cucumber:A wanke da bawo kokwamba. Yin amfani da wuka mai kaifi ko yanki na mandoline, a yanka kokwamba na bakin ciki. Hakanan za'a iya dasa kokwamba don nau'in nau'i daban-daban.
    2. Hada Sinadaran:A cikin kwano, hada yankakken cucumber, jajayen albasa, ganyen coriander, da ganyen mint (idan yin amfani da)
    3. Yi Tufafin: A cikin ƙaramin ƙaramin kwano daban, sai a kwaba tare da ruwan lemun tsami, gishiri baƙar fata, garin barkono ja, garin cumin, da chaat masala (idan ana amfani da su) . Daidaita adadin garin barkono bisa ga abin da kuka fi so.
    4. Ado da Bauta: A daɗa Haɗin Cucumber tare da gasasshen gyada (idan ana amfani da su) da ɗanɗano na ciyawa. Ku bauta wa nan da nan don mafi kyawun dandano da rubutu.
