CICKPEA CURRY RECIPE INGREDIENTS: (2 zuwa 3 servings about.)
- Kofuna 2 (har da ruwa) / 1 Can (540ml Can Low Sodium) - KASADA DA AKE DAFA TARE DA RUWAN CIWON KAZA (aquafaba)
- Man zaitun Cokali 3 ko kuma man girki na zabi
- 2 Ganyen Bay
- 1+1/2 kofin / 200g Albasa - yankakken yankakken
- 1 Cokali Tafarnuwa - yankakken yankakken (kwayoyin tafarnuwa 4 zuwa 5)
- 1/2 Cokali Ginger - yankakken yankakken (1/2 inch ginger)
- 2 Cokali na Tumatir Manna ko a dandana
- 1 Cokali Ground Cumin
- 1 Coriander Ground Coriander
- Teaspoon Paprika (BA SHA SHAFI)
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 zuwa 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper ko Indiya Chili Foda (ZABI)
- 140g / Kofin 3/4 Tumatir (Tumati 1 matsakaici)
- 1/4 Kofin / 60ml Ruwa ko yadda ake bukata
- Gishiri don ɗanɗana (Na ƙara jimlar 1 teaspoon na ruwan hoda gishiri Himalayan (1/4 tsp yayin soya albasa + 3/4 tsp zuwa chickpeas)
- 1/4 Sugar Cokali (Na yi amfani da sugar cane)
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala
