Baisan (Gram flour) sifted Kofu 4
  • Himalayan ruwan hoda gishiri 1 tsp ko dandana. li>Zeera (cumin tsaba) gasasshe & crushed ¼ tsp
  • Ajwain (Carom tsaba) ¼ tsp
  • Baking soda ½ tsp
  • Ruwa 2 & ¼ Kofuna ko kamar yadda ake bukata
  • Mai dafa abinci 2 tbsp li>Lal mirch (Red chilli) dakakken 1 tsp
  • Saunf (kwayoyin Fennel) ½ tsp
  • Hanyoyi:

    -A cikin kwano sai azuba garin gram gram,gishiri mai ruwan hoda,cumin tsaba,baking soda,a hankali azuba ruwa ajuya har sai yayi kauri sannan acigaba da murzawa na tsawon mintuna 8-10 ko har sai batter ya yi laushi.

    -Azuba man girki a murzawa har sai an hade sosai. na tsawon mintuna 10.

    -Sake soya har sai sun yi kauri da launin ruwan zinari.

    -A bar su su huce gaba daya. -A cikin kwano sai a zuba ruwan zafi, soyayyiyar phulki, a rufe a barsu a jika har sai ya yi laushi sai a fitar da shi daga ruwan a rika matsewa a hankali a cire ruwan da ya wuce gona da iri a ajiye a gefe.
