      Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) foda 1 & ½ tbs

    • Zeera (Cumin tsaba) gasasshe & crushed 1 & ½ tbs
    • Lal mirch (Red chilli) niƙasa 1 & ½ tbs
    • Gishirin Himalayan ruwan hoda 1 tsp ko a ɗanɗana
    > Shirya Paratha Kullu:
      Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Kofuna
    • Himalayan ruwan hoda gishiri ½ tsp
    • Ghee (Clarified butter) 1 tsp ¾ Kofin ko kuma kamar yadda ake bukata
    • Ghee (man shanu mai tsabta) 1-2 tsp
    • Ghee (man shanu mai tsabta) 1-2 tsp
    • Lehsan (Tafarnuwa) finely yankakken
    • Hara dhania (Sabon coriander) yankakken
