Ki zuba albasa ki gauraya sosai sannan a soya har sai yayi haske. Ƙara naman naman rago a gauraya sosai har sai ya canza launi. Ki zuba ginger tafarnuwa, koren chili manna, gauraya sosai kuma a dafa na tsawon minti 3-4. Pyaz dal ker ache tarhan Mix karein aur light golden ho Janay tak soya ker lein. Mutton dal dein aur rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein. Adrak lehsan aur hari mirch manna dal ker ache tarhan Mix karein aur 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein. Tamatar,pink gishiri,zeera,lal mirch crushed,sabut dhnaia,lal mirch powder,haldi powder aur garam masala powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani acch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein. Pani dal ker ache tarhan Mix karein aur dhak ker halki acch per gosht gul janay tak paka lein (minti 40-45). Dahi aur hari mirchein dal ker ache tarhan Mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein (minti 2-3). Hari mirchein,hara dhania aur adrak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. Hara dhania aur adrak sa garnish ker ka naan ka saath serving karein!
