Yadda ake wannan sabzi -

- kafin a datse arbi a tabbatar an samu man shafawa a hannunka domin yana iya haifar da kaikayi

- A kai 300 gm Arbi. A Cire Fatar Arbi a Yanke Yanka Siriri

- A samu Gangaji guda 1 a cikin kasko da jeera (kwayan cumin) da 1/2 tsp ajwain ( tsaban carrom )

- Add 1 tsp turmeric powder (haldi) da 1/2 tsp asafoetida (hing powder)

- Da zarar ka ji sautin tsautsayi sai a zuba yankakken Arbi da gishiri sai a gauraya da kyau
