Afganistan White Kofta Gravy

Garam masala foda ½ tsp Ghee (Clarified butter) 1 & ½ tbs Bread yanki 1 Mai dafa 5- 6 tbs Pyaz (Albasa) roughly sliced 3-4 small Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 3-4 Hari mirch (Green chillies) 4- 5 Badam (Almonds) an jika kuma an bawo 8-9 Char maghaz (tsawon kankana) 2 tspRuwa 3-4 tbs li>Kali mirch foda (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp Fadar zeera (Cumin foda) ½ tsp Javitri powder (Mace powder) foda (Coriander foda) ½ tsp Garam masala foda ½ tsp Himalayan ruwan hoda gishiri ½ tsp ko dandana Adrak lehsan manna (Ginger tafarnuwa manna) ½ 1 Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) yankakken p chopper,saka kaji,albasa,green chilie,fresh coriander,ginger tafarnuwa paste,cumin powder,pink salt,black pepper powder,jajjal jajaye,garam masala powder,manyan yankakken yankakken,bread yanki da sara sai a hade sosai. Man shafawa hannun hannu da mai, ɗauki ɗan ƙaramin cakuda (50g) sannan a yi koftay daidai da girman. A cikin wok, ƙara man dafa abinci, shirya kaza koftay sannan a soya a kan ɗan wuta daga kowane bangare har sai haske na zinariya & ajiye (sa 12). Shirya Kofta Gravy: In the same wok, ƙara albasa, kore cardamom & toya a kan matsakaiciyar wuta na 2-3 mintuna. Sai ki dauko albasa ki juye a tukunyar blending ki zuba koren chili,almonds,min kankana,ruwa da gauraya sosai,a cikin wok guda ki zuba blended paste ki gauraya sosai. Ki zuba black pepper powder,cumin powder,mace powder,karander,garam masala powder,gishiri ruwan hoda,ginger tafarnuwa paste,yogurt da mix sosai,a rufe ki dahu a wuta kadan na tsawon mintuna 4-5 sai ki zuba ruwa ki gauraya sosai a dahu matsakaiciyar wuta don 1-2 mintuna. Kashe harshen wuta, ƙara kirim, busassun ganyen fenugreek a gauraya da kyau. Kunna harshen wuta, ƙara soyayyen koftay a shirya a hankali. Ƙara coriander sabo, murfin kuma dafa a kan ƙananan wuta na minti 4-5. Ku bauta tare da naan ko chapati!
