Vegetable Samosa Recipe

- 5 oz mingde grienten - earten, mais, woartels, beanen
- 3 oz frozen mais
- 8 oz frozen earten
- 1 lb boiled ierappels (reade) Skinned)
- 4 oz lytse sipel fyn gesneden
- 5 tbsp. li>
- ¼ tl hiele komyn sied
- 1 ½ tl sâlt
- ½ tspn reade chili poeder
- 1 tl Garam Masala
- ¼ tl Turmeric
- 2 tl Ginger-knoflook-chili paste
- ½ tl sûker (of nei smaak)
- Foar de paste: ¼ beker gewoane moal, 4 Tbspn wetter, 60 - 80 Samosa Pastry (sa't wy dûbele gebak sille brûke)
