Podina Dahi Baray

Yngrediïnten:
-Baisan (grammoal) sift 2 kopkes
-Zeera (cumin sieden) roast en gemalen 1 tsp
-Baking soda ½ tsp
-Roze Himalaya sâlt ¼ tsp of nei smaak
-Kookoalje 1 tbs
-Water 1 kop
-Kookoalje foar frituren
-Water as nedich
-Hari mirch (Grien) chili) 5-6
-Lehsan (knoflook) kruidnagel 9-10
-Adrak (gember) 1 inch stik
-Zeera (cumin sieden) roast & crushed 1 tsp
- Himalaya roze sâlt 1 knype
-Hara dhania (farske koriander) ½ kop
-Podina (muntblêden) 1 kop
-Dahi (yoghurt) 1 kg
-Roze Himalaya sâlt 1 tl of nei smaak
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
-Kookoalje 3-4 tbs
-Zeera (Cumin sieden) 1 tl
-Rai dana (Mosterdzaad) swart ½ tsp
-Sabut lal mirch (Knoop reade chili) 5-6
-Curry patta (Curry leaves) 10-12
-Lal mirch (Red chili) gemalen
-Chaat masala
-Papri
Rjochtings:
Bowl mein baisan,zeera,baking soda,roze sâlt,kookolie aur thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur 4-5 minuten kliya ache tarhan whisk ker lein aur dhak ker 10 minuten kliya chor dein.
Mortal & pestle mein hari mirchein,lehsan,adrak,zeera,pink salt,hara dhania aur podina dal ker ache tarhan crush ker ka paste bana lein.
Chotay frying pan mein cooking oil,zeera,rai dana,sabut lal mirch aur curry pata dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Assembly: Serving dish mein soaked baray,tayyar podina dahi,tadka,lal mirch crushed,chaat masala aur papri dal ker serve karein!
