Zucchini Potato Breakfast

Ingredients:
- 1 zucchini
- 1 potato
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 100 grams of sorghum/jowar or any millet flour
- Half cup of milk
- 2 eggs
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Half an onion
- Coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- Half teaspoon of red chili flakes
- Toast until golden brown on both sides.

Drain the juice from the vegetables. Mix all the ingredients together. Toast until golden brown on both sides.
