Ingredientes To boil the noodles 2 packets of noodles 2 liters of water 2 tablespoons of salt 2 tablespoons of oil For Chow Mein 2 tablespoons of oil 2 medium onions - sliced 5-6 cloves of garlic - chopped 3 fresh green chilies - chopped 1 inch ginger - chopped 1 medium red bell pepper - julienned 1 medium green bell pepper - julienned ½ medium cabbage - grated Boiled noodles ½ tsp of red chili sauce ¼ tsp of soy sauce Spring onions For the sauce mixture 1 tbsp vinegar 1 tsp red chili sauce 1 tsp green chili sauce 1 tsp soy sauce ½ tsp powdered sugar For powdered spices ½ tsp of garam masala ¼ tsp Degi red chili powder Salt to taste For the egg mixture 1 egg ½ tsp red chili sauce ¼ tsp vinegar ¼ tsp soy sauce To garnish Spring onions Process To boil the noodles In a large pot, heat water, salt and bring to a boil, then add the raw noodles and let them cook. Once cooked, remove in a colander, apply oil and set aside for later use. For sauce mixture In a bowl add vinegar, red chili sauce, green chili sauce, soy sauce, powdered sugar and mix it all correctly and set aside for later use. For powdered spices In a bowl add garam masala, Degi red chili powder, salt and mix it all, then set aside for later use. For Chow Mein In a hot skillet add oil and add onion, ginger, garlic, green chilies and sauté for a few seconds. Now add red pepper, bell pepper, cabbage and sauté for a minute on high flame. Then add the boiled noodles, prepared sauce mixture, spice mixture, red chili sauce, soy sauce and mix it well until well combined. Continue cooking for a minute, then turn off the flames and add spring onions. Serve immediately and garnish with spring onion. For egg mixture In a bowl add egg, red chili sauce, vinegar, soy sauce and mix it all correctly and make an omelet. Then cut it into strips and serve along with Chow mein to turn it into an egg chow mein.
