- 300g Chicken Breast
- 1/4 Tbsp. Salt
- 1/2 Tbsp. White Pepper
- 1 Egg White
- 1 Tbsp. Corn Starch
- 1 Tbsp. Peanut or Cooking Oil
- 1 Large White Onion
- 3 Spring Onions
- 1 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar
- 40ml Chinese Cooking Wine (for non alcoholic version use chicken broth instead)
- 2 Tbsp. Hoisin Sauce
- 1/4 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
