Ingredients:

Chicken Marinade Preparation:

  • Boneless chicken : 250 grams
  • Salt : 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder : 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder : 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder : 1/2 tsp
  • Tikka powder : 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt : 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice : 1 tbsp
  • Ginger and garlic paste : 1 tbsp

Crepe flour mixture Preparation:

  • Eggs : 2
  • Salt : 1/2 tsp
  • Oil : 2 tbsp
  • All purpose flour : 2 cup
  • Milk : 2 cup

Chicken Stuffing Preparation

  • Oil : 2 tbsp
  • Marinade chicken
  • Water : 1/2 cup
  • Onion chopped : 1 medium size
  • Capsicum chopped : 1
  • Tomato without seeds : 1 chopped
  • Ketchup : 3 tbsp

White Sauce Preparation:

  • Butter : 2 tbsp
  • All purpose flour : 2 tbsp
  • Milk : 200 ml
  • Salt : 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder : 1/4 tsp
  • Oregano : 1/4 tsp
  • Oil : 1 tsp
  • Flour batter
  • All purpose flour : 2 tsp
  • Pour water and make a thick paste

Finalizing:

White sauce
mozzarella cheese
Oregano
Preheat oven for 10 minutes, now bake it on 180 degrees for 15 minutes
