Stuffed Chicken Crepes

Ingredients:
Chicken Marinade Preparation:
- Boneless chicken : 250 grams
- Salt : 1 tsp
- Red chili powder : 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder : 1 tsp
- Cumin powder : 1/2 tsp
- Tikka powder : 1 tbsp
- Yogurt : 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice : 1 tbsp
- Ginger and garlic paste : 1 tbsp
Crepe flour mixture Preparation:
- Eggs : 2
- Salt : 1/2 tsp
- Oil : 2 tbsp
- All purpose flour : 2 cup
- Milk : 2 cup
Chicken Stuffing Preparation
- Oil : 2 tbsp
- Marinade chicken
- Water : 1/2 cup
- Onion chopped : 1 medium size
- Capsicum chopped : 1
- Tomato without seeds : 1 chopped
- Ketchup : 3 tbsp
White Sauce Preparation:
- Butter : 2 tbsp
- All purpose flour : 2 tbsp
- Milk : 200 ml
- Salt : 1/4 tsp
- Red chili powder : 1/4 tsp
- Oregano : 1/4 tsp
- Oil : 1 tsp
- Flour batter
- All purpose flour : 2 tsp
- Pour water and make a thick paste
Finalizing:
White sauce
mozzarella cheese
Oregano
Preheat oven for 10 minutes, now bake it on 180 degrees for 15 minutes
