Strawberry Yogurt Delight

Ingredients:

  • Strawberries 700 g
  • Yoghurt 700 g
  • Honey 70 g
  • Gelatin 50 g

Cooking Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, squeeze 30 grams of gelatin and add 100 ml of water. Allow it to sit for a while.
  2. Set aside 200 grams of strawberries for the red layer. Slice the remaining strawberries and lay them on the bottom and sides of a dessert dish.
  3. Finely chop the strawberries you set aside and place them in a separate bowl.
  4. Take the yogurt and add 30 grams of warm liquid gelatin to it. Stir until the mixture becomes smooth.
  5. Add the gelatin yogurt to the bowl with the chopped strawberries. Mix everything together and add 50 grams of honey. Stir well.
  6. Pour the strawberry-yogurt mixture into the dessert dish, covering the sliced strawberries.
  7. Refrigerate the dessert for 1-2 hours, allowing it to firm up.
  8. For the second layer, take 200 grams of strawberries and puree them in a blender.
  9. Add the melted gelatin to the strawberry puree and mix until smooth.
  10. Pour the strawberry puree over the first layer in the dessert dish.
  11. Place the dessert mold in the refrigerator for 3 hours or more, until the dessert is fully set.
  12. Once firm, remove the dessert from the mold and store it in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
