Stir Fry Tofu Five-Ways

Ingredients
Sweet and Sour Tofu:
1 Block Firm/Extra Firm Tofu, 1 inch cubes, pressed and drained of liquid
1 medium Onion, 1x1 pieces
2 Bell Pepper (any color), 1x1 pieces
1 Tbsp Ginger, grated
1 Tbsp Garlic, minced
3 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp ketchup
2-3 tbsp corn starch, frying Tofu and for slurry
Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
Black Pepper Tofu:
Air Fry Tofu
1 Block of Tofu
2 Tbsp Corn Starch
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp ground Black Pepper
Cooking Spray
Black Pepper Sauce
1 Tbsp neutral Oil (Safflower used in Video)
1 Tbsp minced Garlic
1 Tbsp grated Ginger
1 Tbsp chopped Red Chilies
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Brown Sugar
1 Tsp ground Black Pepper
2 Tsp Sesame Oil
2-4 Tbsp Green Onions (For Sauce and garnish)
1/4 Cup Freshly Chopped Cilantro (For Sauce and garnish)
Orange Tofu:
For the Tofu:
1 14 ounce block Extra Firm Tofu, pressed
1 Tbsp. Oil
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
For the Orange Sauce:
1 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp. Ginger, peeled and grated
1 Tbsp. Garlic, finely minced or grated
1 Tsp Red Chili Flakes
1 cup Orange Juice, freshly squeezed
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce or Tamari (gluten free option)
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tsp Orange Zest
1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
1 Tbsp. cold water
Gochujang Tofu:
1 Block of Extra Firm Tofu, Pressed and Patted Dried
2 Tbsp Corn Starch
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Oil or Cooking Spray
3 Tbsp Gochujang Pepper Paste (adjust per spice preference)...
