Smoked Beef Cheese Burger
Ingredients:
-Olper's Mozzarella cheese grated 100g
-Olper's Cheddar cheese grated 100g
-Paprika powder ½ tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Fresh parsley chopped 2 tbs
-Beef qeema (Mince) 500g
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2 tsp
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Pyaz (White onion) large 2 or as required
-Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required
-Maida (All-purpose flour) ¾ Cup
-Chawal ka atta (Rice flour) ¼ Cup
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 2 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Chicken powder 2 tsp
-Dried parsley 2 tsp
-Water 1 Cup or as required
-Cooking oil for frying
-Aloo (Potatoes) wedges 2 large (boiled until 90% done)

Directions:
-Grate mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese & mix well.
-Add paprika powder, garlic powder, and fresh parsley, mix well & make a ball, divide into 4 portions & set aside.
-In a bowl, add beef mince, pink salt, black pepper powder, garlic, mix & mash well with hands & set aside.
-Shape the cheese patty, place it in the press/maker & cover it with mince mixture, and press the burger patty press to shape the burger patty (makes 4 patties).
-Fry the beef patty on a nonstick griddle until golden brown.
-Cut white onion into thick slices & separate its rings.
-Dip onion rings in flour mixture & coat well with breadcrumbs.
-Fry the coated onion rings until golden & crispy.
-Dip potato wedges in flour mixture & coat well with breadcrumbs.
-Fry the coated onion rings until golden & crispy.
-Assemble the burger & serve with prepared crispy onion rings & potato wedges.
