Store in fridge overnight, then bake @ 350F 35-50 min until center set Chia pudding: 1 cup milk 4 tbsp chia seeds Splash heavy cream Pinch cinnamon Mix all together & store in fridge for 12-24 hours until set. Top with bananas, walnuts, & cinnamon or toppings of choice! Overnight Berry Oats: 1/2 cup oats 1/2 cup frozen berries 3/4 cup milk 1 tbsp hemp hearts (I said hemp seeds in the video, I meant hemp hearts!) 2 tsp chia seeds Splash vanilla Pinch cinnamon Store in fridge overnight & enjoy next day!
