  • Ingredients:
  • Olper’s Full Cream Milk 1 Litre
  • Desi ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tbs
  • Chuwaray (Dry dates) boiled & sliced 8-10
  • Kaju (Cashew nuts) sliced 2 tbs
  • Badam (Almonds) sliced 2 tbs
  • Pista (Pistachios) sliced 2 tbs
  • Kishmish (Raisins) washed 1 tbs
  • Sugar ½ Cup or to taste
  • Elaichi ke daane (Cardamom pods) powder ½ tsp
  • Desi ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tbs
  • Sawaiyan (Vermicelli) crushed 40g
  • Kewra water ½ tsp
  • Dried rose petals

-In a wok,add milk,bring it to boil & cook for 2-3 minutes until milk thickens.

-In frying pan,add clarified butter & let it melt.

-Add dry dates and mix well.

-Add cashew nuts,almonds,pistachios,raisins,mix well and fry for 2 minutes.

-Add fried nuts (reserve for later use),sugar,cardamom pods,mix well and cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes & keep mixing in between.

-In frying pan,add clarified butter & let it melt.

-Add vermicelli and fry for 2 minutes.

-Add fried vermicelli,mix well and cook for 6-8 minutes.

-Add kewra water,mix well & cook untuil desired consistency.

-Garnish with fried nuts,dried rose petals & serve!
