Satvic Roti

Ingredients:
- 50% Wheat flour
- 50% Vegetables (e.g. beetroot, spinach, carrot, fenugreek, bottle gourd or any seasonal vegetable)
Instructions:
- Mix the vegetables with the flour
- Knead the mixture for 9 hours instead of 18 hours
- Cook the rotis on a clay tawa
- Use the flour with outer covering
