Ragi Dosa

Ingredients:

1. 1 cup ragi flour

2. 1/2 cup rice flour

3. 1/4 cup urad dal

4. 1 teaspoon salt

5. Water

Instructions:

1. Soak the urad dal for 4 hours.

2. Grind the dal into a fine batter consistency.

3. In a separate bowl, combine the ragi and rice flour.

4. Mix in the urad dal batter.

5. Add salt and water as needed to attain a dosa batter consistency.

Cooking the Dosa:

1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.

2. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the skillet and spread it out in a circular shape.

3. Drizzle oil on top and cook until crispy.

Peanut Chutney:

1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan.

2. Add 2 tablespoons peanuts, 1 tablespoon chana dal, 2 dried red chilies, small piece of tamarind, 2 tablespoons coconut, and sauté until lightly golden.

3. Grind this mixture with water, salt, and a small piece of jaggery to make a smooth chutney.
