Ingredients

  • Chopped cabbage 1 cup
  • Chopped carrot 1 /2 cup
  • Sliced onion 1 medium sized
  • Salt to taste 1 tsp
  • Sesame seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Poppyseed 1 tsp
  • Curd (Dahi) 1/2 cup
  • Gram flour (Besan) 1 cup

Instructions -

  1. Heat some oil in a pan.
  2. Once the oil is hot, add cumin seeds, poppy seeds, black seeds, and sesame seeds, and allow them to crackle for a few seconds.
  3. Add the sliced onion and cook until translucent.
  4. Now add the chopped carrot and cabbage to the pan. Season with salt and cook for a few minutes until the vegetables are partially cooked.
  5. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the gram flour and curd. Once done, add this mixture to the pan and combine everything well.
