Poached Egg Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Fresh Egg
- 1 TBSP of Vinegar (for 2L pot)
- 1 Slice of toasted bread
- 1 TBSP of butter
- 1 TBSP of blue cheese (if you like)
- Salt and Pepper (on your taste)
- Small bunch of herbs (on your choice)
HOW TO MAKE POACHED EGG:
1. Drop the egg in a bowl
2. Heat water in a BIG POT (hard simmer)
3. Add 1 TBSP of VINEGAR
4. Make a WHIRLPOOL in the center of pot
5. Drop the egg in the center of whirlpool
6. Boil the egg 3-4 min until eggs yolk is white
7. Brown the toast and put in a plate
8. Put butter on a top
9. Add blue cheese (if you like it)
10. Catch the poached egg and place it on toast
11. Season with SALT & PEPPER (on your taste)
12. Cut the yolk lightly
13. Garnish with herbs
